Ellen Keeley, MD, an associate professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, has been selected by the UVA internal medicine residents for a 2016 American College of Physicians (ACP) academic teaching award. The award will be presented at the March 3 meeting of the Virginia chapter of ACP, which will be held this year in Charlottesville. The head of the Virginia ACP chapter, Lisa Ellis, MD, wrote: “This is well-deserved and is quite an honor to be recognized [by the residents]. On behalf of the ACP Governor’s Council, thank you for all you do!”
