Tentatively called \u201cDiagnostic Dilemmas and Clinical Reasoning\u201d, the feature will present enigmatic clinical cases that require the input of both generalists and specialists, who will comment on their thought processes as the case is presented in segments. The goal is to publish the robust discussion of those asked to comment on the case regarding the clinical reasoning needed to make a correct diagnosis. If you have a case conference in your institution and wish to have those who present the case write it up as the discussion ensued, that would be ideal.<\/p>\n<p>The editorial board is beginning to solicit potential cases for this new feature and will begin to accept manuscripts in Summer 2014.
