Under the Next Accreditation System, all programs are reviewed annually using data collected by surveys, required reporting, and outside collaborators. This is a dramatic change from the past system of reviews done every five years and is designed to provide more \u201creal time\u201d assessments of the activities, successes, and challenges in the training programs.<\/p>\n<p>All program directors, program coordinators, faculty, staff, and trainees should congratulate each other on this \u201cjob VERY well done\u201d by the entire program.
