Over the past three years we have been moving to a values driven leadership system (VDLS). Our strategic direction begins with the priorities set by Health System leadership, The six health system goals apply to all units.\u00a0 These goals are cascaded throughout the organization through work plans as well as individual goal setting.<\/p>\n<p>Those priorities, supported by the ASPIRE values, align us to the \u201cTrue North\u201d priority of putting the patient at the center of all we do.
