School of Medicine Dean and Chief Health Affairs Officer Melina Kibbe, MD, recently began serving a five-year term as council secretary for the American Surgical Association (ASA).
The ASA is the oldest and most prestigious surgical organization whose members include the nation’s most prominent surgeons as well as leading surgeons from around the world. Its annual meeting brings together surgeons and scientists to discuss their latest clinical and research findings.
