The School of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs has recently reorganized under the continued leadership of Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development Susan M. Pollart, MD, MS. The new team structure enhances support and services offered for School of Medicine faculty and department administrators.

Emily Schneider, MILR, SHRM-CP
Associate Director of Faculty Affairs
Emily works in partnership with Dr. Pollart to administer key faculty affairs processes, including faculty offer letters, compensation changes, faculty merit and incentives, SOM faculty policy, and other faculty lifecycle transactions.
Ashley Dowhan
Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs
Ashley oversees endowed professorship appointments and renewals, manages senior faculty hires, and leads the School of Medicine Promotion and Tenure process.
Cynthia Siner, MRes
Faculty Affairs Specialist
Cynthia manages faculty track change requests, Emeriti nominations, clock stop requests, and a variety of appointment and reappointment letters.
