The School of Medicine is partnering again with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) to administer the StandPoint Faculty Engagement Survey.
StandPoint is an important part of our efforts to attract and retain the best and brightest academic scientists, educators, and clinicians and is one of several ways we gather your valuable feedback.
The confidential survey runs April 7 – May 15, 2026, and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
Based on past StandPoint survey results, we initiated many important improvements, including:
- Increased faculty leave
- Elevated Faculty Senate role
- The Early Career Faculty Mentorship Program, which has served seven annual cohorts and 250 mentors and mentees.
If you participated in the AMA Organizational Biopsy this fall, thank you for your feedback. StandPoint results pertaining to clinical practice will be collated with those results. The Office of Team Wellbeing will lead efforts to understand and address those findings.
We welcome this opportunity to hear and learn from you how we can improve faculty career satisfaction and success. Thank you in advance for your support.
