Transitions and Changes: Career Evolution
Learn:
• What it means to job craft: make changes to your formal job designs to customize a more desirable experience for yourself at work
• How to create a plan for redesigning your job to better suit your values, strengths, and passions, for a more optimal fit between you and your job
This is a hands-on session. Participants will complete a Job Crafting Experience, an interactive tool that allows you to view your job as a flexible set of building blocks.
