Virginia IMPACT, a partnership between the UVA School of Medicine, Virginia Department of Health, and the Mid Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center, is focused on bolstering infectious disease preparedness in congregate communities across the Commonwealth. Starting in January 2024, the IMPACT team is presenting a webinar series, supported by Project ECHO, on Long COVID and the use of telehealth during the pandemic. The schedule is as follows:

  • January 17, 2024 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.: Long COVID – Medical Implications, presented by Kyle Enfield MD, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care, University of Virginia
  • February 14, 2024 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.: The Use of Telehealth During the Public Health Emergency and Beyond, presented by the IMPACT team, led by Laurie Archbald-Pannone MD, MPH, AGSF, FACP, University of Virginia School of Medicine, Claude Moore Associate Professor of Geriatrics and Infectious Disease
  • March 20, 2024 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.: Long COVID – Functional Implications, presented by Talia Pollok PT, DPT, CCS, UVA Health Post COVID Clinic
