The Child Health Research Center (CHRC) is hosting a seminar featuring guest speaker, Benjamin Gaston, MD, Vice Chair for Translational Research at the Wells Center for Pediatric Research at Riley Hospital for Children. Dr. Gaston’s presentation is titled “New Insights into Control of Breathing” and will cover a complicated feedback system important to many medical disciplines. This topic is especially relevant to the fentanyl epidemic and opioid depression of the respiratory system.
