Please join the Department of Pediatrics for their 38th Annual Pediatrics “Research Day” on Thursday, March 26. Research Day offers the opportunity for residents, medical and research fellows, medical students, graduate students, and undergraduates to showcase their work alongside established labs within and beyond the Department of Pediatrics.
The keynote speaker this year is Jorge Di Paola MD, Chief, Division of Pediatric Hematology Oncology, Washington University in St. Louis.
- The day will start with breakfast in the Educational Resource Center, Conference Room A, followed by Dr. Di Paola’s keynote address, “Genomic Approaches to Hereditary Bleeding Disorders.”
- The event will then move to the Quayle Center in the Battle Building for the poster presentations. After the poster presentations (9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.) and awards ceremony (12 p.m. – 1 p.m.) there will be a group discussion/career development session with Dr. Di Paola “The evolving role of the Pediatric Investigator in 2026” (1:15 p.m. -.2:15 p.m.).
