In recognition of the one-year anniversary of refreshing UVA Health’s Mission, Vision and Values, we want to have a conversation with team members about what our values mean to you. How do they influence the way you work? How do they bring our mission to life? Which value resonates with you the most?
To have that conversation, team members may stop by a refreshed Mission, Vision, and Values board to share your thoughts and insights into what our values mean to you and how they inspire you, both at work and in the community. Participate by answering the question: How do you live by our values every day? and posting on the board.
Locations of the boards include:
- Cancer Center (1st floor near pharmacy)
- West Complex (across from ID Office)
- University Hospital Cafeteria (two locations on either side of the cafeteria)
If you are a team member who works outside of any of the above areas, we invite you to contribute to the conversation by sharing your answer on our interactive Kudoboard, which you can access by clicking here.
In addition, please stay tuned for Feb. 14 (Valentine’s Day) during which we will be organizing special events at our Mission, Vision, and Values boards to engage our team members in the conversation. More to come!
