Because people are our most important asset, UVA Health regularly gathers employee perspectives through various employee surveys, including smaller and specialized groups.
A wellbeing survey for all physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and Graduate Medical Education (GME) trainees is now open. The survey is sponsored by the American Medical Association and measures perceptions of various attributes related to jobs and the workplace. Results of the survey are expected to be available in early 2026. Survey results will be shared and used in action planning to address opportunities to improve.
The more participants we have, the better the data we will have upon which to build our plans, so clinicians are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to make their voices heard. Please use the appropriate link or QR code below.

All employees will have the opportunity to provide feedback this spring, when the next Press Ganey and Standpoint surveys will open. More information will be provided closer to their launch.
