The Population Health Department at UVA Health Medical Center is seeking a Program Medical Director. This Program Medical Director will partner with the Hospital Administrator for Population Health and Post-Acute Care under the leadership of the Chief of Quality and Performance Improvement and Chief Medical Officer. Together, they will collaborate to support the Mobile Care Unit, Continuum Home Health, and the Behavioral Health Program.
The Medical Director is expected to communicate regularly with the Hospital Administrator and Program Directors, provide clinical advice, serve as a strategic partner, and provide operational/credentialing support for LCSWs.
