The Hoos Building Bridges Award celebrates team members who demonstrate leadership and foster meaningful collaboration across schools, units, and departments — strengthening our shared work as an institution.
Nominations may be submitted for currently employed, salaried, and non‑probationary University, Classified, and UPG staff; UVA Health team members; and contingent workers (UVA Foundation, Aramark, Morrisons). Faculty are not eligible for individual nominations but may be included as part of a team nomination that includes staff. Learn more and nominate.
