The Journal of Prevention & Intervention in the Community (JPIC) is seeking manuscripts for a special issue on Advocacy in Service-Learning Pedagogy. Submissions should present original research, quantitative, mixed-methods, or rigorous qualitative, on advocacy projects that connect academic learning with community action and social change.
Topics may include:
- Projects addressing social justice, climate change, or vulnerable populations
- Multi-semester or transdisciplinary initiatives
- Tools to assess agency, empowerment, or advocacy outcomes
