As you consider faculty candidates for these Dean’s Awards, please note that the award criteria are left intentionally broad to encourage nominations for diverse achievements in clinical care, education, research, mentorship, and service.

Submission process: submit an electronic copy of the nomination packet as a single PDF through the awards submission portal.
