Working with the UVA Medical Alumni Association, a group of UVA med students came up with an idea to build themselves a 24×7 gym to offer students classes, equipment and peer support. Led by Zach Wright, MD (2022 graduating class), the students conceived, built and now teach workout classes and hold daily workout sessions for any UVA med students to use. They also developed a series of videos to use for at-home workouts. Read the UVA Medical Alumni story.
