UVA Radiology’s next installment of its Keynote Lecture Series — “The PE-TRACT Trial — Origin, Rationale, Design, and Conduct” — features speaker Akhilesh K. Sista, MD. Dr. Sista is the national principal investigator and study chair of the NIH-funded landmark PE-TRACT trial, which tests catheter-directed therapy for submassive PE. He will discuss how the trial came to be, its scientific rationale, and its current status.
