Description/Learning Objectives: Join us for this virtual opportunity to meet with key faculty resource leaders and ask questions about resources related to wellness, including the Clinician Wellness Program, the Faculty and Employee Assistant Program, the Wisdom and Wellbeing Program, and the Faculty Guide resource. Attendees will hear a brief introduction from each leader with a description of the work they do and the resources they provide. Participants will be able to ask questions and get to know the representatives from these key SOM units and offices. By the end of this learning opportunity, participants will be able to list resources related to faculty wellness; describe how these key resources can assist them in the work they do within academic medicine; and discuss potential solutions to challenges they may be experiencing in their academic careers.
